Jeannie Crowell, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Crowell has been an instrumental part of DKI's success and growth throughout the years. While being an owner of DKI since inception Jeannie took on the role as Chief Executive Officer in late 2010. Jeannie brings a wealth of experience spanning multiple industry verticals. She is committed to working closely with the management of DKI utilizing her marketing background and organizational leadership to successfully guide the company's continued growth and success in both the Commercial and Government sectors for many years to come.

Darren Crowell, President

President and founder of DKI Consulting, Darren Crowell established DKI on the principle of providing experienced consulting while conducting business in an ethical manner. Since the company's inception, Darren has been successful in growing and navigating the company into a premier enterprise consulting organization. Prior to DKI, Darren managed and supported engineering, manufacturing and supply chain management groups for multiple international energy companies. During this time, Darren focused on innovation through emerging technologies. Many of those years were spent restructuring existing environments to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization through the optimization of existing capabilities with innovative solutions. This background led Darren to create DKI and consequently to the strategic partnerships and staffing of multiple highly skilled personnel.

Carrie McCaslin, Chief Operating Officer

Ms. McCaslin brings almost 20 years of Information Services experience in both state and federal government as well as commercial. Carrie joined DKI in July 2008 as Vice President of Operations and is responsible for managing all aspects of providing information technology services. Prior to DKI, Carrie has held key positions in the government including: Chief Information Officer for NASA's Exploration Systems Mission Directorate, Chief Engineer for NASA's Johnson Space Center in Information Resources, Chief Architect for Veteran Affairs Office of Information Technology, and Information Technology Manager for the University of Texas Medical Branch. Additionally, Carrie played a key role as Program Director at Dell Inc. supporting their global supply chain initiatives.

In these roles Carrie has provided leadership and vision creating an enhanced value to the customer by establishing best practices and developing optimal solutions based on requirements, existing architecture and infrastructure. She has led technical organizations in developing enterprise solutions, for distributed organizations, including: complex engineering environments, medical record systems, services oriented architectures, and integration of large scale applications ensuring the design is scalable and secure. She has collaborated across organizations to establish a common vision and strategy for implementing information technology solutions that support business goals and objectives.

Carrie holds a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Todd Floyd, Vice President of Business Development

Vice President of DKI Consulting Business Development, Todd Floyd has more than 15 years of experience within the information technology arena. Since joining DKI in 2005, Todd's leadership and vision has been instrumental in the overall success of the company to date. During this time Todd has assisted in DKI's maturity through building operational processes as well as managing its services teams to their respective customers. Additionally, Todd has established and fostered many relationships within DKI's customer and partner base including NASA and Veterans Affairs. Currently, as Vice President of Business Development, Todd is responsible for establishing new relationships and leveraging existing ones to further expand new opportunities aligned with DKI's core competencies.

Prior to joining DKI, Todd worked within IT supporting a variety of industries including oil and gas, financial, and energy. His work consisted of managing large and small development teams, product development, ERP implementations, web development, client server, database administration and project management of effort similar to those.

Todd has a bachelor's degree with a double major in computer information systems and business management from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Jeffery Cardenas, Vice President of Operations

Jeff Cardenas, PMP, joined DKI in 2007, and provides a thirty-year career supporting civil and military aerospace programs. He has extensive experience in program/project management, systems engineering and integration, and demonstrated technical leadership in the development, implementation, and operation of advanced hardware and software systems and scientific experiments and investigations. The skills and capabilities he brings have resulted in successful team development and implementation in all phases of project management, including project control/budget, requirements definition and development, operations and resource management, training, and risk mitigation.

Jeff has developed technical skills and capabilities on various projects, including the development and operation of flight and ground data and information management systems, network technologies, software processes, and the systems engineering and integration for implementation in the hostile environment of space, on an international basis, in joint endeavors with Germany, Italy, France, and Russia.

Jeff holds a B.S.E.E. from Rice University, and post-graduate work from Texas A&M University.

Harry Miller, Vice President of Commercial Services

Harry brings more than 25 years of executive management to DKI and leadership from Fortune 500 companies Westinghouse, Emerson, Cameron and Caterpillar in the Technology area. As Managing Director in each of these companies Harry provided leadership and vision for new technology including early implementation of Automated Engineering and Manufacturing processes. Led Design and Implementation of a Global Web based Enterprise Data Management Configuration. Implemented PDM systems for Web based Engineering Documentation Systems for facilities worldwide. Led Global Technology Teams within Europe and Japan establishing PDM design and manufacturing standards for design collaboration. Early implementer of Enterprise Solutions to consolidate information of Corporate Teams and improve collaboration in Sales, Purchasing, Engineering and Manufacturing Departments. Previous to these positions founded an Engineering Office in Houston providing Engineers, Designers and IT Solution Architects and Developers to major E&C companies in Houston along with internal Engineering and Design services for Oil and Gas Customers as well as NASA. This background has led to understanding how to support Industry with highly skilled personnel to insure client success in Technology Implementations both in US and Overseas.
